This is perhaps one of the simple beverage drink recipes that helps improving bones density and helps to improve digestion.
- Take it with 1 glass warm milk and if you don’t wanna take milk you can replace milk with sesame milk.
- Wash 1 anjeer and 1 dry date Soak it in water along
- with 1tsp of white sesame seeds
- With 1tsp of white sesame seeds
- Soak overnight and in morning grind this and make smooth paste add this paste in 1 glass hot milk. Serve hot
- Wash 1 fig and 1 dried date palm and soak them in water with 1 tsp white sesame seeds.
- Soak it overnight and grind it in the morning to make a smooth paste and mix this paste in 1 glass of warm milk.
- Serve hot
